Androscoggin River a big, muddy mess after Irene

LEWISTON — High water volume from Tropical Storm Irene has turned the Androscoggin River a brownish, coffee color. Photographs shot while flying with the Bowdoinham-based Point of View Helicopter Services show how the river looked from above Tuesday.
